very simple blueberry cake
Ingredients
- 9 oz blueberries - fresh is best, but if berries are frozen, thaw and drain
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1- 8 oz container of lemon or vanilla yoghurt
- 4 eggs
Directions
- Mix everything together in a bowl except the blueberries. Beat for 2 minutes until well mixed. Fold in the blueberries. Pour mixture into a greased bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, or until done.
