Still no credit card

Hope.. credit card has not arrived. Despite the promise to arrive by Friday night by bank B.

Am I supposed to trust them at all?

Can I depend on their credit card as my source of travel insurance anymore? [ they automatically covers when we charge air ticket to them]

If they cant deal with a robbery, can they deal with a disaster?

Imagine my plane crashed, and they insist on talking to me first before doing anything.... hahahaha. That is called "flexibility". World class.
