Cranberry muffins!

Why muffins?

Muffins are one of the best invention in the kitchen. Because muffin recipes come with the instructions of "do not over mix"."Minimum mixing keeps the muffins light and fluffy"!!!

Gonna make these SPICED CRANBERRY muffins!

225gm plain flour
1tsp ground ginger
2tso baking powder
1/2tsp bicarbonate soda
100g unrefined sugar
2 eggs beaten
100ml vege oil
3tbsp natural yogurt
200gm cranberries, fresh or frozen

temperature=180C, bake for about 35 minutes.
Baking time is a bit long for muffins.
